Processing/Shipping

We want to fill you in on the shipping process for your order. Good news! All orders placed on our website come with free standard shipping within the United States. Please note that this can take up to 20 days from the order placement or after approving the design for custom items.

If patience isn't your strong suit and you need your item sooner, don't worry! Just reach out to us and we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional fee.

We understand that waiting can be tough, so we want to assure you that we're doing our best to get your order processed and out the door as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and leave our store within 1-10 days of your order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email notification along with a tracking number. This way, you can keep an eye on its journey right up until it arrives at your doorstep.

After the one-hour mark, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed as it will likely have already entered the customization process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Similarly, if you decide to cancel your order, please ensure that you notify us within one hour of placing it. This allows us to process your request promptly and avoid any unnecessary charges on your card.

To ensure a smooth and timely processing of orders, please note that your card will be charged on the day you place the order.
